Smart.Fit™
Smart.Fit is Polyrix’s feature extraction measurement technology. It is an A.I. enabled software to identify and optimize feature extraction. Smart.Fit is designed to fit any parametric model and report its parameters, position and orientation as seen by the PolyScan sensors.
Inspect a set of features of a manufactured part quickly and with high precision, including:
- Punched or machined holes of various shapes
- Surface points
- Hemmed or trimmed edges
- Inserts or plugs (3D model provided)
Smart.Fit obtains critical measurements, namely position, orientation and size for features with very high precision.
